@A MyDepressionTeam Member - the exact problem I have. I'm stuck in monotonous work. I do get to talk to customers, but it is a callcentre so little to no variation. But I can sympathise with you - doing 5 hours of counting stock is bad enough during a stock-take, but if you have to do that every day :O

I actually had to leave a job because I had no way of coping with suicidal thoughts and the like at work. I need to keep my mind occupied, and the work was very monotonous. We weren't even allowed to listen to music or anything like that. Just... count merchandise (yawn).

Basically, for me I need a job where I have to be active, either that makes me think or has been talking to customers. I have to keep busy, since at most jobs I can't just watch Netflix or YouTube to drown out my thoughts.

I work in my home so I don't have to deal with the public. Me and society don't mix.
