If I could take this very moment to change it just for one day, what could I do to help myself in order to encourage myself that I have more to look forward to, when I think I don't, per se?

I got to a bible verse 2 Timothy 1:72Ti 1:7 For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind. KJV Me and my mom says this every time we are on the phone with each other before we get off. I've been through a lot in the past years medically and God has pulled me through with a lot of support from my mom and the rest of my family like my husband and his parents and family and my kids and dad and brothers so i been very blessed. I wouldn't be here if it wasn't for God and my family and friends. So i hope this helps.

Love yourself always and when you feel you are at your worst sit outside and look at the trees and nature. Listen to calming music.
