I've joined back up at the gym had my 2nd visit today and the staff are friendly and encouraging plus I like their facilities,ie, showers, pool, spa, so I'm motivated in a healthy and well being way and tomorrow night I will go back to my religious meeting ,so things are moving in the right direction for me at the moment which I hope and pray will motivate me onto other exciting little ventures...

I used to really have a problem with this. I started to read fiction and it helped. Instead of waking up to boring nothing, I'd get up and go back to my book. Now I record all tv shows on my pvr. When I watch TV, all I watch is prerecorded. That gives me something specific to do. Also, I'm now able to initiate phone calls with my friends. Or text them. Lately i find myself on facebook a lot. I have joined facebook pages about dogs and animals and i really enjoy looking at those posts and commenting on them. Maybe there's some type of volunteering that you could do that doesn't require you to leave your house? Maybe you could Google that? My psychiatrist says that if I'm getting bored it is a good sign I'm getting better.

Keep trying to find something. 💜

I find it really hard to find anything to do or go anywhere. I just don't feel normal.

Yes. Definitely. I find it really hard to motivate myself to do anything. I watch a lot of TV, play video games sometimes, or my guitar. I've considered volunteering, but I'm worried that I'd be too unreliable because of anxiety and mood swings. Some days I don't even get out of bed.
