when i'm having a panic attack in public I do math in my head(its my weak point). multication tables, time out in the bathroom if it gets too intense-breathing exercises.i've actually hallucinated and passed out things got so bad, they have me on klonopin now 5x a day but theses techniques save me,hope you can find something from this.....jeb

Get away from the sources or source that seems to cause it. If it is work, then try to do some yoga before and after it. Avoid sugar and eat healthy. Be aware that nothing is usually worth your anxiety. I have it too, so I know the struggle though.

Deep breathing, distractions (listen to music with headphones), rx medication and what's called "natures anxiety cure"--magnesium supplements
