I Think I Should Contribute About Myself In A Conversation But, My Mind Goes Blank And I Just Can't Think Of Anything To Say.
A MyDepressionTeam Member asked a question 💭

when I get into a conversation with someone, I ask them lots of questions about themself so that they talk about themselves. Most people love to talk about themself so it is easy to do this and they walk away thinking we had a great conversation. Meanwhile I have share little to nothing about myself but, what can I add to the conversation? I have nothing going on in my life so nothing to say about myself...what can I say, "My pillow is soft."

@A MyDepressionTeam Member. Love your name. You must have a good sense of humour even if there is nothing to say about yourself. At least no one can complain that you talk too much. What part of the planet do you occupy???
