A small appetite increase, very small. I'm on 75mg per day.

I've taken Paxil (Paroxetene) for many years combined with menopause the last 7 years. I could stand to lose about 60 lbs. and I know its the reason I can't lose. I'm considering trying a new antidepressant, bc I have serious feet issues now, requiring surgery.
