I suffered with Panic Attacks when I was younger and had a tons of drama in my life at the time. As I aged, they began to dissipate. Now maybe I've had two in the last four years. These were probably related to the heat. I have to take meds when I get them because I began to hyperventilate. They last until I take my medication and then I'm able to calm down. I used to struggle with Panic for about 45 minutes to an hour. Now I practice mindfulness meditations on you tube an they seem to help.

I can relate, I have had anxiety attacks for like 3 days at a time and it is horrible and not a good feeling. Maybe you should try some relaxation techniques.

When I was a kid, my attacks were so bad I'd pass out (my mom thought I was just taking a nap when shed see me, until I got a lot older). Now, I do certain things to prevent them including meds and supplements and reduced caffeine intake. I still have anxiety attacks, but haven't had a full blown panic attack this year.

Yes it's really difficult, it feels like it's lasting forever and no matter wot u do nothing helps, I double up on my diazepam but still feel the panic monster sitting on my shoulder, I keep concentrating on deep breathing although this can take forever to work at times, I would def speak with ur dr, see if u need a relaxant or if meds r not working well xx
