I take 300 mgs of Seroquel to sleep, when I don't take it I don't sleep at all, but lately with everything that's going on I find it very hard to get to sleep, stay asleep or get good sleep. Any suggestions as to what I could do with out having to take more meds ? Not sure if maybe the Seroquel isn't the right medication for me ?? Thanks in Advance for any help y'all may be able to give !
I would start by having a soak in a nice very warm bath. Put on the most comfortable pj's you have. Nice clean sheets. Read a book until you can't keep your eyes open. Oops and a nice cup of chamomile tea, or warm milk.
A blunt or2 Weed is the only thing that helps me sleep.Wish they would legalize marijuana
I've done 2 sleep studies and all that was shown at them was that I have sleep apnea, but I don't use my CPap machine as I can't handle all that stuff on my face - so I don't use it - I KNOW that it's not good to not use it but I don't....
No one asked to see a sleep doctor specialist, a sleep study to find out exactly whats wrong?
I was on Seroquel and had similar issues and switched to Mirtizapine, also known as Remeron. I take 7.5 mg
