My doctor offered ECT as a treatment,did any one tried it ,does it really help in reliveing depression ,and what about meomery lose is it major

I have had ECTs and it saved my life. No memory loss and if I need them again. I would have them done.

No I would never try anything like that and you need to see the sunlight. Buy yourself some paint or pencils and go look at a flower or tree this will let you forget about the dark place for a while.
