How To Gain Weight When Depressed
A MyDepressionTeam Member asked a question 💭

I have a question... I noticed recently that I'd lost quite some weight during the last months when I was depressed and now I'd like to start getting it back because I feel weird when I'm so skinny. I've read tips and advice for 'casual' weight gaining but still I'd like to ask the community, does any of you have any special tips for weight gain? Some things you might've tried yourself that worked? Anything is much appreciated
