Sometimes I wake up anxious . Dnt want to get out of bed. But need to for work. If I'm all jittery I take deep breathes try not to cry. Doesn't always work. Tbh
If I wake up feeling anxious....I usually don't leave my bed.....try breathing techniques...try to visualize calm enviroments ...etc.
I felt like that. The doctor prescribed buspirone, 15mg. three times a day. It worked great for me and no side effects.
Yes often, morning are not good for me. The only way I can manage is to try to do everything in the same order which stops me having to think about things
I often wake up anxious and scared that I cannot cope with the day to come. I reach out for the prescription medicine given by my psychiatrist and that often helps but it takes time to work - it so I have to catch up with appointments and things planned for the day. I am diagnosed as having major clinical depression and no drug seems to be out there that helps me. Look for the silver lining I have been told...sometimes hard to find it.! Latest idea is to eat Goji berries as they a bit.
