I have a friend who I honestly believe suffers from body dysmorphia or something along those lines. He's fit, healthy, very attractive and goes to the gym 4 times a week but he hates his body. He's told me a few times recently that he's feeling really down because he hates his own reflection. I know he's suffered from depression in the past but he's never asked for help with it. I would let him now u want to be there for him to help him get through this.he needs to see a doctor.go with him for support.let him now that ur there to listen too.but what he telks u will go no futher.i hope he gets better soon.
