I have terrible dreams of murder, fights and unrealistic things happening to me or loved ones. I have always had it but sometimes it tends to get worse and I fight in my sleep and scream.

I used to get these quite regularly then they stopped when I went on meds. Recently, they have come back as I have come off my meds. I have never really figured out what causes them, except for deep seated issues that I have buried. When I have mentioned this to doctors or therapists they always ignore me, so I stopped bringing it up. Go figure.
