The problem is people don't understand unless they experience it. Mental heal diagnosis still have a huge stigma around it. People can understand what to do with someone who has a broken leg. Yet, because they can't see the struggles we have they can't understand it and doesn't think we need help.

I try to educate. Not easy sometimes but I try.

I do, as do others who belong to this group. PUSH PUSH PUSH at times, but what's the alternative? You can't always, and don't always want to, hide away...Sometimes (it feels like it takes a person) a MONUMENTAL EFFORT--"bravo," seriously, for the effort one takes and makes...! Namaste, all...

People cant see in your head to see exactly what you think or feel at that time. So they dont get you and the more you act "normal" the more it confusses people. Why do u feel u need to let people think u r ok?
I go about it now if people talk about me, tgere life is obviousally boaring and im so special they need to talk about me. People r ignorant. Just ignore them. U have enough to deal with.
