Besides bipolar disorder and PTSD I have the following health issues:
dilated cardiomyopathy, congestive heart failure, morbid hypertensive crisis, TIAs, past stroke, 3 heart attacks, asthma, hypothyroidism, diabetes, early stage kidney failure, stomach ulcers arthritis and a seriously long list of allergies!
I used to handle all my health problems by taking any and all pills the doctors gave me, but the pills caused more health problems which meant even more pills! Got up to 19 morning pills, 6 noon pills, 22 evening pills and 3 night pills!
Now I concentrate on all natural herbs, spices, plants and such. (Example: ginger is good for a lot of stuff.) And I try to use control methods I learned in different groups like mindfulness, meditation, prayer, journaling and dialecticle behavior stuff (probably spelled that wrong and it's really bugging me)
My choice for me has become pill free and I don't drink alcohol or use illegal drugs

I was diagnosed with borderline persoality disorder, which means I have abandoned fears and relationship problems and risky behavior. I have learned, (I am 56) was to deal with life. RealizGod is in control, build myself up, we ALL have special things about us, and if you wait it out, bad feelings go away, at least for awhile. I try to do things for others, and not to dwell on past mistakese

Oh yes fighting for disability. Turned down twice and now after a court appearance in sept. Appealing one more time to appeals counsel. My lawyer wanted to appeal again. I also have psoriatic arthritis. We need that extra money so bad. Getting turned down was very depressing!!!!
