Ups And Downs
Hi All
Well today I went to see my Pdoc again and reported as usual that I have massive ups and downs. I can have 1,2 or 3 weeks of feeling back to my old self but then all of a sudden I dive into the depths of despair and often think about ending it. I cannot find any triggers at all. Other times I can go just a few days feeling good and then again drop like a stone. I am the same way. I start to feel up beat, everything is going ok. Then, something not so good happens, or whatever, and I feel like you do. I feel insignificant, and that I wish it would just end.

Im on latuda's and trazadone. My support system is very strong. I have a living daughter(I lost my oldest daughter in a car wreck) but she has her own problems, I don't want my darkness to be a worry to her. She's all I got and my puppy. He's my reason for getting up every day.
@A MyDepressionTeam Member i am sorry you are feeling like that.. are you on meds at all do you have a support network?
focus on your little puppy.. try and do one thing a day to occupy your time. hang in there
Yes I get those feelings when the darkness settles in. I question why I'm here, feel so unwanted and so unworthy. I have an unexplainable sadness in me that it physically hurts my heart. I have no advice. I don't know why I get that way and sometimes it lasts for months. If it wasn't for this 6 Mo old puppy, I would have no reason to get up each day. Hope u feel better soon!
