I have been on birthcontrol for many years due to irregularity of my cycle. However, for the past two months I have gone off the birthcontrol and I am getting accustomed to the natural rhythm of my body again. I believe (from what I remember) that the birth control itself masks the normal symptoms of pms. Maybe in a little time they will even out. But still ask your Dr.
PMS is more the rexult of hormones around your cycle than inbalances around depression and intensifies everything.
im not sure have you asked your doctor if i dont take my mine i am the same
