I find facebook and you youtube with amazing information about depression and anxiety I regular send my partner a clip to watch to help him to understand what it is like for me You can't control what others people think or feel about the illness my only goal is not let this illness destroy or control my life

Another breakthrough moment I think my partner who felt like my soul mate for ten years then anxiety grief and depression final truly understand the damage it has done to our relationship nearly destroyed us and very nearly has We both refuse to walk away because we love each other and always will We meet later in life I was 32 he was forty we made a decision early in our that this was for life no matter what luckily I had told him my deep inner fears one was losing our relationship because of depression We have five children between us
