Robin Sharma books helped me through depression. For example this one of hes book "The monk who sold hes ferarri" try it!!!!

"I Had a Black Dog by Mathew Johnstone.

This book is short and to the point. could be mistaken for a childrens story book but I personally would recommend it to anyone that suffers with or wants to understand depression.

Im homeopath so in my world it's all natural ,where possible !the world is full noise pollution no quite lunar lines are being destroyed by pylons radio waves everywhere go to ground find quite spot near nature ,hear you're true self again ,very healing try it.;-)
