Is There Anyone With Bi Polar That Seems To Lose Days, Like Not Remembering At All After An Episode? I Am Currently On Lamotrigine.

Yes. I also lose days. If you ask me today what I had for dinner yesterday, I will not be able to recall anything about yesterday. I keep a day to day notepad with & next to me where I write all my appointments, things I need to do, dinner, clues so I don't feel out of control. It helps. ((Hugs))

I am on lamotrigine as well as several other things and yes I will lose days ... will forget what day I am on and what happened on what day ...and that will be without an episode ...
