Rugilė Kančaitė, M.D.

Dr. Kančaitė is a doctor turned freelance health writer, medical advisor, and content reviewer. She received her medical degree from the Lithuanian University of Health Sciences and later worked as an OB-GYN resident before fully dedicating herself to providing comprehensive, evidence-based information on female health. With both scientific and clinical experience in obstetrics and gynecology, Dr. Kančaitė is devoted to advocating and empowering girls and women by fighting myths and stigma linked to female bodies.
