I am a serious advocate for handwritten journals.
On good days, write what makes you happy or empowered.
On bad days, read what you've written to improve your day.

Members connected warmly over the topic of journaling, with many sharing that they use it as a meaningful way to track emotions, daily events, and gratitude. Several members described keeping multiple journals, using daily posts as a journaling outlet, or decorating pages to make the practice more personal and joyful. A recurring theme was the tension between the healing power of journaling and the pain of having privacy violated by others who read and misused what was written.
