A few months ago I filter myself at my haters for a while, there a random dude added me on that account he would go by the name of the joker, he disappeared between May and August. That sounds incredibly overwhelming, and it makes complete sense to feel angry and exhausted dealing with all of this at once — especially when you're already juggling so much in your personal life.

Harassment like this can seriously worsen depression symptoms. The stress, fear, and feeling of being out of control can make everything feel heavier and darker.

A few things worth considering:

- Keep all recordings and screenshots — you're already doing this, which is smart
- Block this person on every platform — no contact is the safest move
- Report the threats to local authorities — threatening messages are taken seriously, especially with evidence
- Consider a restraining order if threats continue

The fact that he's threatening to contact your ex and others is a manipulation tactic designed to make you feel powerless. It's meant to scare you — don't let it.

You are handling a lot right now. Be kind to yourself through this. If the stress is making your depression feel worse, it may be worth reaching out to your doctor or therapist to get some extra support during this difficult time.

You've got receipts, you've got your head on straight — that matters. 💪
