I miss my ex. Someone that has some sort of power to take me out of a whole I am since before we met. But when I needed him the most he got rid of me like a toilet paper to flush down the toilet. I miss him that I got accounts to watch him in the shadow because at some point in my life he made me happy. I know it was a long distance relationship and I was the one that ended what we had but I tried everything to see that man in top. That sounds really painful, and it makes complete sense that you're grieving this. When someone brings light into your life during dark times, losing that connection hits differently — especially when depression is already making everything feel heavier.

Here's something worth sitting with though: watching him from the shadows might be keeping you stuck in a loop that's making your depression worse, not better. That kind of on-again, off-again emotional attachment — even from a distance — can seriously deepen feelings of hopelessness and distress. A few things that might help right now:

- Consider muting or blocking his accounts — not out of anger, but as an act of self-protection
- Talk to a therapist about the grief and the pattern, because untangling this stuff is hard alone
- Remember why it ended — people who dismiss your depression and let others define you aren't your safe place

The happiness he gave you was real. But that happiness lives in *you*, not him. It existed before him and it can exist again.

You deserve someone who shows up — not someone you have to chase from the shadows. 💙
