Members shared many personal ways to manage joint pain and nerve pain as the seasons change, with popular approaches including staying active, using heat pads, Epsom salt baths, Biofreeze, arnica gel, and Salonpas lidocaine cream. Several members found relief through yin yoga videos, physical therapy exercises, ankle braces, sauna and hot tub access, and vitamin B complex for nerve-related discomfort. A recurring theme was the emotional weight of living with daily pain from conditions like neuropathy, osteoarthritis, and sciatica, met with deep community empathy and encouragement to keep going.

I disagree with AI, I think conditions can contribute to ailments though science may be against me. People with pain on a daily basis can get depressed or have it add to their condition by limited activity, inability to socialize and participate and a constant distraction from a sense of community. That has ripple effects that tie to one's state of mind.

Yes, the custom fit ankle stabilizer did help. I kept re-insuring it no matter how hard I tried until I got this. You actually heat it in the microwave to soften the splints inside and then you put it on and wait for them to harden. It is better now and I walked on the treadmill last night. I went slower but I was able to go a whole 30 min without hurting anything.
