Hay guys, yes the holidays are very stressful because of trying to act normal up to there standers everyone dressed up Easter. I have to be more Mindful of everyone is different. Anxiety is way up. My sisters family is Perfect. Christians. There faith is the only one. Hard to act around them my brother in law always trying to get me to convert. I don’t know anymore just be myself no conflicts just love peace. I can’t deal with negative stuff. So I stay home sometimes.
Too much stress especially with my mom and our past her neglecting me not protecting me from a pedifile. My drinking druging because of it. Just trying to forget. Anyway, I’m getting away from the answer. Learning to deal with everything and stay Mindful Peaceful. Love……
