I mostly like to read mystery but I've recently branched out to a little mystery and I read nonfiction occasionally. I just found an old book I'm pretty sure I've read but I can't remember so I'm rereading it. I thought I'd start to remember some things but not yet. I guess when you get old enough you get to enjoy books over and over
Just finished a cute little cozy fantasy YA book - The Faraway Inn by Sarah Beth Durst
The old book I just started is The Chamber by John Grisham

Hi, thank you for sharing, Anna . . It made me feel more included. . I used to read a lot and enjoyed it, but, yes, things do change within us and within our lives. . I, too, am supposedly bipolar, bipolar II. . Peace and love. . Sam . .

Sorry to hear that Sam,
I know what you mean about anxiety, depression, and lack of concentration. It is hard for me to focus on things too. I actually just saw a neurologist yesterday for my memory and cognition problems and have to do MRI of my brain in mid May.

To be honest I have not read for a long time. It might be my bipolar because I mostly do things to the extreme for a very short time and then stop doing it. Back in February I would read for hours on end and that I would get drained with it. I probably should try to start reading again. The same with coloring and other things. My hubby always mentions to me that don't do things to the extreme or you won't come back to it.

The thing is I don't remember much of what I have read. And right now I been walking to the extreme with going around the lake by my house. Not sure how I will be active doing it. I hope for a long time.
