Members enthusiastically swapped favorite TV shows in response to the question about beloved programs, with Landman, Fire Country, Chicago Med, and Survivor drawing the most love, alongside British crime dramas, General Hospital, and streaming finds on Tubi and Amazon Prime. Several members shared warm personal stories connected to their viewing habits, like watching Survivor with a parent after family losses, bonding with a grandmother over General Hospital in Italian, and a daughter naming her baby after a Fire Country character. A recurring theme was the joy of connecting over shared shows, nostalgia for old favorites, and the comfort of finding entertainment that fits individual tastes.

When my aunts were still alive, they and Mom used to watch it, then chatter long-distance the next day about who did what to whom. After the aunts all died in 2014, I started watching it with Mom so she could stay interested in something she'd enjoyed.

I got hooked!! The drama!!

Like Shrinking, but don't catch it often. Law & Order SVU, I've lost track and don't know where to find it now. On paramount. I think it is a CBS show.
I, unfortunately, am still addicted to news---Lots of lonely hours with News/Talk on my radio. I still watch news at home, but am sometimes ashamed at how much I watch. Wish I didn't need to.

Hi Wendy & company,
I watch "Hudson & Rex" too ( same as you Patsy Neeley). I watch "Law & Order -Toronto" .. I also watch the free streaming channel Tubi !!! .. there are lot of old British series on there and old movies.
Big on politics too .. So I watch "Power & Politics" (CBC) to follow the Canadian parties goings on.

Here is a photo of the Skyway bridge ..between Hamilton and Burlington, Ontario ( Canada ).
