I've been having panic attacks back to back everytime I doze off and then I'm wide awake again. I've had this problem since I was a young teenager and everytime I'm stressed about something this seems to happen to me. I dread trying to lay down and sleep lately. Also, for anyone else who gets them, what do your panic attacks feel like? Also, what is grounding techniques? Thank you friends.
Hi Mmm, well, I would never recommend marijuana da anyone because some people like me for example just can't handle it, and you may already know whether or not YOU can!! . . I used da be a stone cold pothead and couldn't stop smokin' pot just like I couldn't handle smoking tobacco or drinkin' alcohol or really anything else that I really liked doin', for that matter. . Also, your use of marijuana could be a big problem for your husband who you are hopin' will actually be able da stop usin' and abusin', and who has already stolen substances from you before to get high on!! . . My best peace, love, and good vibes da ya, Mmm!! . . Cool 😎🐈 Cat . . P.S.- Also, I would not recommend that you go near Xanax since that can be highly addictive, and would most likely be somethin' your husband would love da steal from you and use!! . . And THAT is absolutely predictable as your husband has not broken his pattern of stealin' drugs from you for his own absolutely predictable use, my dear friend!! . .
I had my first panic attack back in February after my wife wanted a divorce…I’m guessing it was stress induced. I closed my eye and pictured a calm slow moving stream and did my best to slow my breathing to match the flow of the water and it helped.
When I was having bad panic attacks someone told me to get an ice cube put it in the palm of my hand stare at it and try to focus my breath until it melted. It helped me when I was having them multiple times a day.
I avoid the news, caffeine, screen time before bed, and weirdly I love the scent of Vicks Vapor rub under my nose because it reminds me of childhood memories and it calms me down. I also try deep breathing.
