I've been on the same medications for years now and I feel like they are not helping my depression or bipolar disorder. What can I do ?

Topiramate 250 mgs at night
Quetiapine 200 mgs at night

Bigbird if you don’t feel like one or all isn’t working anymore then you need to discuss with whoever prescribes it for you.

I think our body chemistry changes through the years along with our other medications and so we need updates.
