I don't know, but where I live we have a charitable pharmacy for low-income and I somehow found out that one of their ministries is providing free Uber rides to physicians appointments and to their pharmacy too. I qualified to use them for my medicines, but no one told me anything about transportation, I forgot how I even found out about it. You should consider giving Catholic Social Services a call and asking them whether or not they know of any organization offering that service.
Perhaps someone would buy you an Uber gift card. Maybe check with local churches to inquire about any volunteer drivers.
