Why Did I Allow My Rapist To Define Me For So Many Years
CPTSD and PTSD is not your fault. Trauma is real and is better at times and worse at times. Rape is a horrific event. I also have a difficult time because my life was shattered by RAPE. Some days are OK some are worse. I struggle to have my mind put back in a positive place. Prayers
