Does anyone know if Crying spells are really part of the mania in Bipolar?

I meant to it happens with bi polar. During manic, or depressive episode.

The mania may feel like you can get a lot done. Yet, be mindful that after the rage, exhaustion and depression follow. I am on one medication that helped with that.
