While Advil or Benadryl can be helpful, I have high blood pressure and have to watch it. As an avid cyclist in direct line of fire from street cleaning, I've started masking like we had to during the Pandemic—even often when I'm not on my bike.

If you have been outside for awhile, change clothes and take a bath. Pollen follows you into your home.

Zyrtec is good. Also, after doing yard work go strait to the bathroom and scrub up to your elbows, k this might sound weird, but cup a little lukewarm water in the palms of your clean hands and blow out through your nose into the water. strange but true.
