Honestly smoke some green. And watch TV or something else to relax me. Such as breathing exercises. But I fell yesterday so I'm awake because I feel achy.
The thing for me is to not lay there and force myself back to sleep. That never works. If I have to I’ll get up and do something that’s not too stimulating, like read or especially listen to some soft music.
