Details .. eat a lot of different vegetables; use spices & sauces for variety.
Have cut down on meats - only eating portions 4 days a week

I suggest because you are a woman most likely taking medications that you go off all carbs. No more bread, potatoes, pasta, rice or fast foods. Focus on legumes(beans) green vegetables, a variety of other veggies and low sugar fruits like all berries. I also do something called "Tapping " for weight loss and body confidence. Feel free to email me at (Email address can only be seen by the question and answer creators) and I will send you the link for the Tapping. You can lose weight without dieting or exercise with the Tapping. I dropped 20 pounds Low sodium chicken breast from the deli and turkey breast are healthy. Try rolling it in a lettuce wrap. Swimming is best for your joints and body and to lose weight. Even though you are not trying to. I am so happy that you are on a good healthy path!! XXOO Melissa

Great tips, thanks !!
My daughter does tapping - she was thining " How does this help with stress, anxiety?"
- but she says it works for her .. it stops your mind ruminating, focus on your well being; clears your brain of negativity.
I try to eat with the seasons.
I am not really trying to lose weight - just stay healthy.
I am not at a gym anymore- but probably going to start going to open swims at a pool nearby.
