Yeah I take a multi vitamin but then take 3-4 other vit/mineral products as an addition to the multi. If I can exercise 5-6 days a week plus the prescription meds plus the vitamin and herbal supplements ( whew, getting tired here) its mentally and physically really good for me. Considering which planet they tossed me onto, I'm hangin in. 🙄🥰
Hi Tammy. I take magnesium. But, because I'm half asleep, I forget why I take it. Hope I'm not taking it to improve memory 🤭😂🤣
I use magnesium bi-glyclate it's supposed to be easy to be absorbed.

I use magnesium supplements but I'm terrible at taking daily I always forget until I have symptoms then I take them 😐
