Tears are unspoken prayer to God Tom I cry more than I breathe

Good morning Tom...I will have a time with no crying an then have times of crying a lot. A pastor told me that when a person cry's..they are Prayers that we can't speak of ..hope you have a great day my friend 🌞🤟🙏😘💗

Crying is a healthy coping mechanism. It releases endorphins in the brain and dopamine which is the feel-good chemical that's why we feel a surge after a crying spell😊❣️

Males are taught boys don't cry which is unhealthy and traumatic! We wouldn't have tear ducts if they were not to be used for clearing the eyes, nor releasing the above-mentioned chemicals.

Be proud you can still cry some people get so numb from crying that they can feel no emotion at all and it is much harder to come back from that place!!

Crying is a release for me. Nothing wrong with that! But I would check with your doctor about your meds if you’re on any. Better safe than sorry
