I definitely get more negative as my depression worsens, and I'm not usually irritable with others until I am really depressed. This time was bad. I helped blow up 3 different friendships in a permanent way. Sigh.

Negativity is part of depression unfortunately. You tend to start thinking negative about everything. Try to remember that those feeling aren't true. That it's just the depression and you will get out of the depression. Think good thoughts like what your grateful for. I'm grateful for everything I have. Even my dishwashing detergent. lol. Come talk to us if you feel down and negative. It's good to talk to people.
