Keep reaching out to others even if it’s uncomfortable to do so…hang in there ❤️

I have found that talking to a friend sometimes helps along with talking to a therapist. It takes a long time.

Whatever you do, do not close yourself to your family, friends or outsiders. This can be the worst thing to do. I would take a few close friends and confide into them what you are experiencing. Sometimes just getting things off of our chest lightens our load.

I'm so sorry you're having a rough time, it will get better just keep pressing forward. You made it through your darkest days. I find support groups really help and I have been to a few meetings through NAMI and they are free!
