Hi it's James McKay like to say hi to Lisa MP Foster and to Joyce f o u r and to Tracy and Barbara m and private and g r a c e n and p a t s y n e e l e y and more of my depression team member Friends of the names I can't remember when it comes to birthdays when you become my age which I'll be 58 come August 23rd point being I'm getting old and in a way when you get my age in a way you don't care for the birthdays anymore yeah I still do in a way and yet even though I'm getting old I'm forever young in Christ and my soul and Christ's way of life will never die in spirit it is what it is it's life of creation it's what life's all about and that's the way I live it and play it and there's tons of proof to back up creation of God it's reality of life the only real truth of life in itself keep fighting demon depression my depression team member friends I have to go to the hospital on the 21st for a heart tests I'm sure I'll be fine keep fighting the good fight James McKay love you God Amen
