Here's a fun answer! It keeps me in my car going to work instead of on my bicycle, where I feel a respite by riding the bike to work instead of battling traffic. Biking is so much fun and a stress reliever....

Put your feet up & massage or take a hot bath. I have RLS and it helps. So does the medication but u can only take so much.

I get so depressed in the fall and winter. I have a light therapy lamp that I bought off Amazon and I love it!

The cold weather makes me want to just stay in bed & under the covers all day.

It sucks because I can't get outside to do anything.
