Please give more context so we get what you mean. But I’m guessing you might be burned out (exhausted).

I don't interact with anything. My place gets filthy. I can't be bothered to clean it. I hire someone every couple of months to clean it out. I come home straight from work, maybe make something to eat (if I feel like it) change into my pj's then lie down on my bed & watch Netflix or YouTube or play games. I have things to do, but I ignore them & do only the briefest thing that I can't leave undone. I don't interact with anyone outside of work. I shut myself off from the world until I have to get up for work. It's like I just don't care anymore & am simply doing the most urgent stuff. I'm waiting to die one day. I'm not bothered with attempting suicide.
