Lucky you for getting five hours. I go days without sleeping. I can take up to 10 valium and it doesn’t even phase me.

My sleep has always been horrible...pain level to high I think can't get comfortable....

You can buy grounding sheets and mats but I did it the cheap way, metal ducting tape on the sheet attached to copper wire that is run outside to a piece of rebar staked into the ground. Until I can afford the very expensive sheets… this will do. And it works wonders.
I sleep with my legs bare so that my skin is in contact with the tape. This ‘grounds’ my body and reverses damage from emf’s and other electrical impulses.
I’m not crazy… the movie explains it all.
