I either have pictures of landscapes that I focus on or when taking a walk, I select something to focus on and pinpoint each subject that has that quality. It distracts me from my negative thoughts and it gives me a chore to do; a purpose!

I use it in driving in traffic, to help be calm, cool, and collected....or when going to appointments and sitting in the waiting room.
