Spend extra time in comfort zone. If it's the shower/tub, Spend an extra 15-30 minutes a day in it. Watch natural things which give hope and inspiration. I l enjoy observing the heavens. Watching the sun rise and set and gazing upon the stars. Share with us what makes you laugh. Laughter is amazing medicine.
Hi Michael, I'm sorry you are feeling this way. It's the worst feeling to worry about bills and money. It's never ending. What can you do to improve this. Are you working. Even a little part time job will help. Or if you have a job get a second little job. It'll keep your mind off things and you'll be making some money. You need to do something. Can't just sit there and dwell. Pray also. Pray Pray Pray. Imagine yourself doing better. Picture it.

I no how you feel because my husband was out of work for 6 months and he was taking care of me so he withdrew his retirement of 16,000 and we made it through.God blessed him with a job and he doesn't have to go on the road anymore.It wasn't easy because I felt like it was all my fault,but he said he couldn't go out of Georgia and leave me,but God has worked everything out and he comes home every day and calls to check on me,how did I get so blessed to deserve this man.Yep,I think I'm going to keep himππππ€ͺ
