When Is It Time To Seek Professional Help?
A MyDepressionTeam Member asked a question 💭

When is it time to seek professional help? At what point do you realise that your usual coping mechanisms aren’t working anymore, you don’t want to end it because you’re too much of a wimp, and scared shitless that someone else will judge you? I feel so alone. I don’t know what to do anymore. Is it time to seek help?

@A MyDepressionTeam Member I hear that! Stay strong and you'll conquer that surgery like you have everything else. I hope you can see your family in TX soon after and things will start to improve for you after the surgery. 🫡
