This is very true I’m trying a new medication the Spravato as a last resort they just up the dosage this was the first day on the new dosage suppose to go to times a week but next with the holiday I’m only going once when I take the medication I’m very calm and relaxed and I stare at this laptop they bring in of waterfalls and today I watched fishes and turtles swimming it was so relaxing I felt like I was in the picture floating away so far i have been feeling a little bit better but still have a long ways to go yet I keep praying this is my answer to feeling better

I always pray about everything and I always listen to my doctor because he prays too🌹❤️😇

@A MyDepressionTeam Member I just don't like taking Meds all together, but it's the only way I can get healthy, then that's what I have to do. You get tried of taking Meds after you've been taking them for so long
