Love that response Patsy!!!
You are calling yourself "manic". Have you actually been diagnosed as manic? Have you seen a psychiatrist to be thoroughly evaluated and get a correct diagnosis? Mania can be treated if you have bipolar or schizophrenia. There are treatments that can be tried but they need to be prescribed by a specialist in mental health diagnoses. If you haven't seen a psychiatrist yet, please get your GP to refer you to one so that everyone, including you, can have a proper understanding of your diagnosis and required treatment.
I hope you have someone to help to find ways to cope with Manic I'm not sure what advice I can give maybe try and find a health provider that may help I have issues with coping with my emotions I tend to put myself in danger or look like I'm crazy if I feel I'm not being heard or people arn't listen to what in trying to say I'm going to phone my doctor on Monday to get advice as I have tried counseling but the last counsellor made me feel like it wasn't going to help me so hopefully I can speak to someone else that can help me
