We still have that love and it has nowhere to go .
I have found meeting people who are my kind of people is helping, because the person who passed away was my kind of person, sometimes we rush to fill the void with the wrong people and it makes us crave that person even more .We can't fill that void but we can seek out others who are similar to us
Start looking !

Death is all things we think it is .First, there is the Love that is always with you and even taken for granted, second, everything changes and you have to change whether you want to or not and 3rd, is it's Final - it's over and gone. Regrets, sorrows, pain and suffering but those ten to lighten up. The only thing that stays is the Love. Everybody is different so all grieving will be different, We can't be judjemental how long or even How someone grieves. And if it's for the rest of their lives, let it be so. Just the Kindness and silence when words are not enough. Just being there and to listen but it does help to talk about the one who passed. Don't ignore those conversations...they can be healing things said and done. ♥️

I love what Noella said. That is it! And Carol has a point there.

Start Looking...Yikes! Being behind a computer screen talking to people who can't see me is more comforting! I do love to talk to people when I'm in person or on a video chat. Ever notice just how icky you look when you get a video chat and how we primp when we know one's coming at a certain time? Personally, I like the look of 'real' unkempt people at home. I had some 'glamour shots' done through a Mary Kay Invitational - the before and afters are a wild difference! But without all the Glitz and Glam most of us are just plain folks. hahaha We are and we're kinda comfortable that way. AnywayI' am a bit scared of the stigma that goes with mental illness. Maybe I could get away with say 'multiple personalities' as an excuse which it seems that's what my past was also made up of - still today.
